Edward Pidgeon, Principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services recently brokered the sale of two office / industrial condominiums totaling 7,500 SF located at 701 Koehler Avenue, Units 2 & 3 in Ronkonkoma, NY.  Pidgeon represented the seller, Coia Realty, LLC while Anatoliy Mikhaylov of Dom Realty of NY, Inc. represented the purchaser, SDRG 701, LLC.
